Yoga WakeUp Recorded Classes

As a result of a recent collaboration with Yoga WakeUp, you can now practice with me anytime. NEW! Kundalini Yoga & Gong June Drop-In Classes

Every Sunday in June, 5 - 6:15pm, June 3 - 24

This all-levels Kundalini Yoga & Gong class will be held at Gainesville Community Acupuncture, 1330 NW 6th Ave, Suite A. This class is cash or check only, $10/class. Parking and entrance are behind the building. 


Yoga for UF & UF Health Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Assistants 

Every Tuesday, 12:15 - 1 pm (Currently on summer break and will reconvene August 2018)

This free, lunch-time class is open to ALL levels of experience with a focus on releasing tension and decreasing common muscular imbalances. If you are an employee of UF or UF Health, drop-in any week at Ustler Hall's Atrium (second floor).

SERIES CLASSES

Kundalini Yoga Series through Santa Fe College's Community Education Program
This series varies in focus and is offered about six times per year. Registration for full series required.
The next series starts Tuesday, Sept. 4 and will run for 6 weeks from 6 - 7:30pm at the Gainesville High School.​​ All levels welcome. Register here (search Kundalini Yoga) or call 352.395.5193. $54


Yoga Nidra Series through Santa Fe College's Community Education Program
TBD at Gainesville High School
Each class will consist of a half hour of movement and half hour of yoga nidra, a guided meditation technique usually done lying down. This practice allows the body to deeply restore and effortlessly takes you to a deep state of relaxation where you can disconnect from the thinking mind and change your relationship to stress, pain and unhealthy habits. If you have been looking for a way to begin meditating or a method to help you truly relax and heal, this class is for you. Open to all levels of experience. Wear comfortable clothes and be sure to bring a mat and blanket.
