Kundalini Yoga Series through Santa Fe College's Community Education Program
Thursdays from 6 - 7:30pm (online via Zoom due to COVID-19 for Fall A 2021)
This series varies in focus and is offered about six times per year. Registration for full series required.

In-person Lunchtime Yoga for UF & UF Health Employees

This gentle, all-levels yoga class is a perfect way to spend your lunch hour! Leave feeling energized and ready to face rest of your day all the while developing flexibility, strength, balance and clearing the mind. Open to all levels of experience. Yoga Nidra Series through Santa Fe College's Community Education Program
Registration for the full series (4 weeks) is required.
Each class will consist of a half hour of movement and half hour of yoga nidra, a guided meditation technique usually done lying down. This practice allows the body to deeply restore and effortlessly takes you to a deep state of relaxation where you can disconnect from the thinking mind and change your relationship to stress, pain and unhealthy habits. If you have been looking for a way to begin meditating or a method to help you truly relax and heal, this class is for you. Open to all levels of experience.
